⚠️ No mining occurs on your device hardware.
All mining operations are processed on secure external servers to prevent battery drain, overheating, or excessive resource consumption.
Mining results may vary depending on network conditions, server availability, and system factors.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or compliance obligations.
8. Account Deletion Process
You have the right to delete your BitMining account at any time.
To delete your account:
Open the BitMining app.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm your request via the verification steps shown.

Your account and associated data (email, wallet address, mining history, rewards) will be permanently deleted within 7–14 business days.
You will receive confirmation via email once deletion is completed.

9. Children's Privacy
BitMining is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such data promptly.
